To round off our OkiOki user guide, we are listing two more useful OkiOki features.
Ignore senders
First, we would like to show you how to ignore invoices from certain senders. Sometimes OkiOki will pick up invoices that are not meant for your business administration. You can easily delete these. When you do so, OkiOki will also give you the option to exclude this email address.
Split & Group
We would also like to highlight our "Split & Group" function. This feature allows you to easily split a document you add to OkiOki into several smaller documents. This is useful if, for example, you scan and save all your invoices into one PDF document. You can then add that document to OkiOki and use our Split-feature to split it into individual invoices.
As the name suggests, this feature also allows you to group documents. For example, you can use your phone to take pictures of the different pages of an invoice and then use OkiOki to group them into one invoice.
