Release 2024/09/29 (v6.1) – OkiOki

In this release, we've further optimised the user experience with improvements such as an enhanced search function, instant bank synchronisation, and faster document load times. Users can now send invoices from their own email address instead of the default OkiOki address. It's also possible to include terms and conditions directly in invoices, easily link multiple transactions or documents to a single booking detail, and snooze documents for later action.

Key features

Send invoices via linked email accounts: Users can send invoices via their linked email addresses (currently available for Gmail and Outlook, IMAP coming soon).
Terms and conditions in invoice PDFs: Users can add terms and conditions directly to invoice PDFs without needing to send them as a separate attachment.
Link multiple transactions/documents to booking details: Users can now link multiple transactions or documents to a single booking detail.

OkiOki for accountants

Number of invitations sent to clients: The number of invitations sent to inactive clients is now visible on the inactive clients page.
Modification of sales invoices by accountants: Accountants can decide whether clients are allowed to modify their sales invoices, ensuring correct accounting. Accountants retain the ability to modify invoices themselves.
Pagination and filters: Pagination and filters in the accountant portal remain active, improving navigation.
UBL Mercator support: Mercator can now be selected as a target package for UBL files.
Improved Exact connection failure support: Additional security checks ensure that Exact connections function correctly.

User experience (UX) & interface improvements

Peppol status icon tooltips: Hover options have been added to Peppol status icons for better clarity.
Alphabetical country sorting: Country lists are now sorted alphabetically and displayed correctly in all languages.
Currency icons: Currency icons now display correctly.
Change name on "My Company" page: Users can now update their first and last names.
Invoice delivery icon: A new icon has been added to indicate when invoices are sent by post.
Search function: Users can now search by "Amount to pay" in relevant sections.

Document management & invoicing features

Snooze documents: Users can now snooze documents on the "Your Documents" tab (improved document management).
Postal invoices: A visual indicator has been added for invoices sent by post.

Performance improvements

Instant bank synchronisation: Bank accounts are now synced immediately after linking (improved real-time synchronisation).
Faster document loading: Documents generated in OkiOki now load faster.
Improved matching rules: Matching rules for payment references have been improved to enhance document matching accuracy.

Security & compliance

Automatic blocking of password-protected documents: Password-protected documents are automatically blocked.

Miscellaneous

CODA+ file format: The format of CODA+ files has been adjusted for credit and expense statements to ensure better processing.
